We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders.

📝 Personalized Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for personalized items unless an error was made by us in the design or production process.
If the buyer provides incorrect personalization (such as a misspelled name, wrong date, or incorrect details), we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
We include:

Two free design changes
Any additional proofs beyond the first two will incur a $5 charge per proof.
A final proof will be provided for your approval before we begin working on your order. Please review it carefully to ensure all details are correct.
