Farmhouse Hobbies is a small craft business specializing in unique handcrafted items. Our products are made to order, and we strive to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.


2. Products

All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors or details displayed on your device will perfectly match the actual product.


3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your:

  • name

  • address

  • email

  • payment details

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal (or any methods accepted through Shopify Payments).

Once an order is placed, it is final.
No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our end.


4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

No Returns, No Exchanges

Because we offer customized, made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Mistakes on Our End

If an error was made by us, we may replace the item free of charge, depending on the situation.

Return Conditions (Only if we approve them)

If we agree to a return:

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs

  • Items must be returned in the same condition received

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of approval

Refunds

Refunds are not issued.
In rare cases where a return is accepted, we may offer a replacement at a discounted price.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If an item is valued over $75, the buyer should use a trackable service or shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled. All sales are final.


5. Shipping and Delivery

Turnaround Time

Standard processing time is 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This is the time needed to design and create your item. Shipping time is not included in this timeframe.

Items may ship sooner, but faster turnaround is not guaranteed.

Shipping Options

Shipping times depend on the method selected at checkout. We ship via USPS and other carriers based on estimated delivery times, but cannot guarantee shipping speed.

Estimated USPS Delivery Times:

  • First Class Mail: 2–5 business days

  • Parcel Select Ground: 2–9 business days

  • Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

  • Priority Express: 1–2 business days

We ship from New Salem, ND.
Once a package leaves our possession, the shipping address or method cannot be changed.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for all reshipment fees.

International Orders

We currently ship only within the lower 48 U.S. states.
No international shipping is offered at this time.


6. Customization and Design

Design Details

Pricing for each listing includes the design as-is, with standard customizable elements such as:

  • names

  • dates

  • hashtags

Requests for design changes outside these areas must be approved beforehand and are not guaranteed.

Acrylic Imperfections

Acrylic may contain small blemishes or imperfections. Although we strive for flawless results, slight variations, small surface marks, or edge variations may occur. Acrylic scratches easily; please handle carefully.

Wood Variations

Wood is a natural material and will vary in:

  • grain

  • knots

  • texture

  • color

These natural variations are not considered defects.


7. Proofing and Design Changes

We offer:

  • Two free proofs

  • Two free rounds of changes

Any additional proof requests will incur a $5 fee per proof.

Final proofs must be approved within 48 hours. Failure to approve within this timeframe may delay your order.

Orders with unapproved proofs are considered forfeited after 30 days.


8. Customer Service Hours

Customer service hours are:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Weekends: Closed
U.S. Holidays: Closed

Due to high message volume, response time may vary.


9. Privacy and Data Collection

We value your privacy and protect your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farmhouse Hobbies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of North Dakota, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
