Because each piece is made specifically for your order, please double-check your spelling, sizing, and selections before submitting.

Apparel brands, fits, and colors may vary based on availability. If a selected option is unavailable, a comparable replacement will be used unless otherwise requested.

Design Approval

Custom items are final once production begins.

Choose your size and color, then enter your personalization details exactly as you want them to appear. If a logo or design upload is required, attach your file before adding the item to your cart. Production begins based on the information provided.

Fit may vary slightly by brand and style. Please review the size chart before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Uploaded logos or images should be clear and high quality. Low-resolution or screenshot files may affect final results. By placing an order, you confirm you have the right to use any uploaded designs.

Proofs are not automatically provided unless stated in the product listing. Once a design is approved—or production has started—changes cannot be made.

Custom apparel requires additional processing time. Turnaround times listed on the product page do not include shipping transit time. Shipping option times selected at checkout applies after production is complete.

Because this item is personalized, all sales are final. Custom apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins.

We stand behind our work like it's family. If something's wrong because we messed up, we'll fix it — no drama, no excuses. Just shoot us photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

What we won't be covering, though:
Carrier acting up? Once your order ships, we're not able to control what USPS/UPS does with it. You will need to file a claim with the carrier.

Typos, colors, or design details YOU approved (we're crafters, not mind readers)

  • "Actually, can you change it" requests after you already said "yes, ship it"

So look it over. Then look it over again. Once you hit approve, that design is locked in tighter than a mason jar lid, and we're firing up production. No backsies.
